ENG 251: Children's Literature and Folklore is offered online by Coker University. A critical survey of literature for and about children. Readings cover a range of literary genres, explore the history and interpretation of children’s literature, and consider how children’s literature conveys cultural and aesthetic values. This course introduces prospective teachers and others to the practical implications of book selection.
